Research Interests The geomicrobiology, geochemistry, and anaerobic microbial ecology of anoxic marine sediments. Specific research interests include methane hydrates, organic carbon cycling in anoxic sediments, hydrogen biogeochemistry, and anaerobic microbial ecology.
